This policy concerns exclusively wholesale customers (B2B) who make purchases through the TT Greece online store (www.ttgreece.com).

Product returns are only permitted under specific conditions, as described below.

2. Return Policy

Product returns are made only upon approval by TT Greece and within 7 days from the date of receipt.

All products must:

  • not been worn or washed.
  • be in their original packaging
  • have all their tags
  • not be part of an offer or stock items

3. Return Process

To have a return approved, the customer must first contact the service department:

After approval, shipping instructions will be provided.

Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless it is a defective or incorrect product.

4. Defective Products

In the event of a proven defective product, TT Greece:

  • replaces the product at no additional charge, or
  • refunds the corresponding amount to the customer's account.

5. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted only before the products are shipped.

After shipment, the returns policy applies.
