Information<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">This policy concerns exclusively <strong>wholesale customers (B2B)<\/strong> who make purchases through the <strong>TT Greece<\/strong> online store (www.ttgreece.com).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Product returns are only permitted under specific conditions, as described below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>2. Return Policy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Product returns are made <strong>only upon approval<\/strong> by TT Greece and <strong>within 7 days<\/strong> from the date of receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All products must:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>not been worn or washed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>be in their original packaging<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>have all their tags<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>not be part of an offer or stock items<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>3. Return Process<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>To have a return approved, the customer must first contact the service department:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">\ud83d\udce7 info@ttgreece.com<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After approval, shipping instructions will be provided.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"translation-block\">Shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless it is a defective or incorrect product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>4. Defective Products<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In the event of a proven defective product, TT Greece:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li class=\"translation-block\">replaces the product <strong>at no additional charge<\/strong>, or<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>refunds the corresponding amount to the customer's account.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>5.
